Randy Scott Slack, 51, of Canton, passed away on March 19, 2021 due to complications from Covid 19. Born on November 6, 1969 to Karen & Ralph Slack, Randy grew up in Marlboro Township. He graduated from Marlington High School in 1988, and from The University of Akron in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Randy was a CPA, and was most recently a partner with HD Davis CPAs, working in the Massillon office. He truly enjoyed his work and was very dedicated to it. Randy loved vacationing in Las Vegas, and he was a diehard fan of the Cleveland Indians, Ohio State Buckeyes, and San Francisco 49ers.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his sister, Joanne Marek, of Hilliard, OH, his nephew Josh Marek, and niece Abby Marek. He is also survived by his 2020 Mango Orange Dodge Challenger 50th Anniversary Edition, which he was so very proud to own.
Randy is gone way too soon, and he will always be loved, admired, remembered, and deeply missed by his family and so many close friends. Calling hours from 12 - 2 on Friday, March 26 followed by the funeral service at 2 pm in the Arnold & Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home at 4817 Cleveland Ave NW in Canton with Rev Nancy Conley officiating.
