Obituary
Pamela Susan Love, age 70, of Hartville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday March 13, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on June 9, 1952 and graduated from Martins Ferry High School in 1970. She graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with an education degree in 1974 and obtained a master’s degree from the University of Akron. She taught kindergarten classes in numerous schools, retiring in 2012. Pam was a unique person and spread sunshine wherever she went. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years Robert “Bob”; sons Mike (Jordan) Love and Josh Love; grandchildren Addison and Avery Love and Benjamin Love; brother John (Connie) Sprouse; special niece Katherine (Vince) Borean; sister-in-law Linda Love; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Norma Evans and step-father Richard Evans.
Calling hours are Friday 4-6 PM at Grace Community Church, 13245 Edison St., NE, Alliance and one hour prior to services Saturday 9-10 AM. Funeral services are Saturday 10 AM in the church with Pastor Gary Bush officiating. A graveside committal will be Saturday 2:00 PM at Longview Cemetery in New Athens, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local hospice. The family thanks Novartis Skilled Care Staff at Altercare of Alliance for their kindness and excellent care.
