Lisa was born January 13, 1959, at St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Earl and Eunice (Brayton) Hudson.
She lived in Pomona, Kansas since 2008 moving there from Hartville, Ohio.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Judson College in the 1980’s and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Kent State University in 1982.
She was united in marriage to Thomas Garman August 28, 1981, at North Canton, Ohio. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include nine children, Elizabeth Evans (Mitch) of Alliance, Ohio, Lucy Barker of Clanton, Alabama, Katheryn Garman of Hartville, Ohio, Robert Garman, Donald Garman, and Samantha Garman all of Pomona, Kansas, Trina Richards (Craig) of San Tan Valley, Arizona, Bobby Joe Brock of Mesa, Arizona, and Cecie Hack of Cottonwood, Arizona; sisters, Sean Jenkins (Paul) of Dodge City, Kansas, Beth Hudson of Mesa, Arizona and Mary Falkner (Mike) of Cullman, Alabama; brother, Paul Hudson (Lynne) of Denton, Texas, and twelve grandchildren.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents.
Lisa was a devoted lifelong homemaker and served in the United States Army Reserve from the late 1970’s to 1993.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Lisa was an avid Cleveland Brown’s Fan, enjoyed sewing and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
