Katherine Giegel

Katherine Giegel, age 36, of Westerville, Ohio passed away on November 19, 2022. Katie was born in Akron on November 11, 1986, and graduated from North Canton Hoover High School class of 2005 and Kent State University class of 2010. She made her home in the Columbus area and following a brief career in the retail sector began to thrive in a property management role for various local real estate companies. She was well known for her sense of humor and overall fun-loving personality.  Katie’s greatest joy was playing with her daughter Kenzie and her dogs and cat.

Katie is survived by her daughter MacKenzie Watson; parents Gregory and Karen Moore; sister Kelsey (Stephen) Raudszus; half-brother Gregg Giegel; cousin Sarah Taylor (Tyler) Mohler; Aunt Cindy Taylor; Uncle David Taylor (Michelle Wynton); and Aunt Susan Taylor.

Calling hours will be held December 16, 2022, at Christ Presbyterian Church from 10-11 AM. Memorial Services will begin at 11 AM with Pastor Ben George officiating.
