Eula Grace Drake

Eula Grace Drake, age 86, passed in the comfort of her home with her loving family by her side. God brought her into the world on October 3, 1937 and took her into his arms on October 3, 2023. Born in Belington, West Virginia to the late Ray and Juanita Shahan. Also reunited in Heaven with her daughter Kimberly Ducker and foster son Robert Swisher. She attended Sanctuary Church of God in East Canton for 40 years. Most important to Eula was her love of her Lord and Savior and her family. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother not just to her family but to everyone who knew her. Her home was always open to anyone who needed a place to lay their head or needed a hot meal.

She is survived by her daughters Regina Dunham (Alan Burns) and Lisa Pritchett; siblings Mary (Bill) Mick, Wayman Shahan, Roger (Cathy) Shahan; 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Also preceded in death by grandson Jesse Osborne; brothers Kenneth, William, Jack and Danny Shahan; and sister-in-law Debbie Shahan.

Calling hours are October 9th Monday 11 AM-12 noon and funeral services begin at 12 noon all at Sanctuary Church of God with Pastor Steve Stewart officiating. Final Resting Place is Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
