Obituary
Anna Beke, age 93, of Hartville passed away on Wednesday August 23, 2023. She was born October 27, 1929 in Akron to the late Oscar and Gertrude (Stone) Klodt and graduated in 1947 from Suffield High School. She enjoyed working at Akron City Hospital, Fashion Bug and Molly Stark. Anna had also worked for many years at Dr. Andrew Beke’s dental office. She loved to plant flowers every year, loved her grandchildren and was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.
She is survived by her children Robert (Kathy) Cain, David (Jennifer) Cain, Timothy (Mary) Cain; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister Judy Richard. Preceded in death by husband Dr. Andrew Beke; daughters Rebecca Thompson and Charlotte Fox; and 4 brothers and 1 sister.
Calling hours are September 1st Friday 11 AM-12 noon at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services begin September 1st Friday 12 noon at the funeral home. Final resting place is Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (family committal 9:15 AM Friday ).
