Alan W. Cochran

Alan W. Cochran, age 64, of Louisville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday May 9, 2022 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Coshocton, Ohio on January 8, 1958 to the late Avery and Wilma (Bodnar) Cochran, graduated from Newcomerstown High School in 1976 and Pittsburg Institute of Computer Programing. He worked for the Hoover Company for 23 years, Aultcare for 15 years and then Aultman Hospital for 6 years. He was a longtime member of Cathedral of Life, raising his children there, and a recent member Faith Family Church. He was an avid Cleveland sports fan. He loved golf and was a member of Eastern Amputee Golf Association and ran the Louisville Chapter. 

Alan is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 39 years Dana; children Angela Cochran, Aaron (Jacquelynn) Cochran and Kristen (Travis) Miller; 9 grandchildren Hannah, Caylee, Jacob, Julia, Benjamin, Lily, Luke, Logan and Leah; siblings Tim (Nancy) Cochran, Teresa (Tom) Reichman, Gary (Shannon) Cochran, Dan Cochran; sister-in-law Karen Cochran; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son Michael and brother David. 

Calling hours are Thursday May 19,2022 from 5-8 PM at Arnold Funeral Home, Market Ave, Canton, and an hour prior to services in the church (Friday  10-11:00 AM). Funeral services are Friday May 20, 2022 at 11 AM in Faith Family Church with Pastor Dana Gammil officiating. Final resting place is Henry Warstler Cemetery.
