Yuriy Khachaturov, age 85 of Illinois and formerly of Canton passed away Monday July 11, 2022. He was born in Azerbaijan, Soviet Union, immigrated to the United States. For fun, he enjoyed playing drums in a jazz band. Mostly, he was proud of his son and his son's accomplishments.

He is survived by his son Sergey (Janet Robertson) Khachaturov; brother George; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by parents Gregoriy and Asya; his wife Inessa on October 16, 1992; and brother Sergey.

Calling hours are Friday 12 noon-1:15 PM at Arnold Funeral Home 1517 Market Ave N, Canton. A graveside services to be Friday 1:30 PM at West Lawn Cemetery.
