William Louis Shuttleworth, age 88, of Canton, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 22, 2013. He was born in Canton, Ohio on August 4, 1925 to the late William L. and Marie (Figley) Shuttleworth. A proud Marine, he was stationed in Okinawa during WW II. He practiced law for over 50 years in Canton, Ohio. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Miriam Shuttleworth; daughter Susan Shuttleworth, son-in-law Michael Corcoran and granddaughters Charlotte and Emma Corcoran of Bethesda, Maryland; sisters Ann (Frederick) Clark of Virginia and Nancy (George) Groft of Connecticut; nieces; and cousins.
