William Ryan Christman Blevins age 32 passed away December 17, 2017. Billy was born with a rare genetic disorder called Sanfilippo Syndrome, and joined our family through adoption at age 3.

Billy was very active, energetic and never stopped moving. His laugh and smile were infectious. Although he presented us with many challenges, there was never a child so dear and sweet.

We are grateful to those who assisted us and those that enriched Billy's life. Many thanks to Pegasus Farm , The Rebecca Stallman Southgate School, and the Stark County Board of DD. Special thanks to his long timecare givers, Jen Barrett Acree, and Tonya Horn. Thank you to Akron Child's Hospital and Palliative care for many years of care and support. We are grateful for the wonderful care and love from Hartville Meadows and their staff.

Preceeded in death by Granny, Evelyn Carlisle Hilkey, and PaPaw Eugene Blevins, Brother Nathan Blevins, and Uncle Cliff Carlisle. Survived by Parents Terry and Jennifer Blevins, Grandmother, Marla Blevins, Sister Anna (Robert ) Snyder, Niece Kylie, Nephews, Brayden, and Dylan, Brother Jesse Blevins, Sister Lucy Blevins, and many wonderful Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. We rejoice that Billy is whole, healed and with Jesus. Until the time we are joined together Billy will be missed everyday.
