Wayne Rex Morris Sr., age 66 of Canton passed away unexpectedly February 6, 2007. He was born on May 5, 1940 in Phippi, WV to the late Woodrow and Madeline (Costilow) Morris, attended McKinley High School, and worked for Canton City Parks Department for over 20 years, retiring in 2006. A member of VFW No. 3747, Louisville FOE No. 2374, and Tommy T's. He is survived by his children, Wayne Morris Jr. of Canton, Woodrow & Jessica Morris of Marion, Jerry Morris, Robbin Morris, David and Holly Morris all of Canton, Larry and Sara Morris of Cuyahoga Falls; siblings JoAnn & Ed Nixon, Donald Morris and Roy Morris all of Canton; 13 grandchildren, mother of his children, Mary Becker of Canton; and other family and friends.
