Vivian R. Lindeman, age 81, of Massillon died Sunday after a brief illness. Born in Canton to the late Leo J. & Gertrude (Manley) Paul she was a life resident. Vivian was retired from the Hoover Co. and attended St. Barbara's Catholic Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons: Raymond W. & Alan E. Harter, also by a grandson: Zachariah Bachtel. Survivors include five daughters: Sandra Clark of Canton & Laura Harter of Massillon. Pamela (Keith) McGuffin, Karen Stump, & Lynn Beckmann all of Phoenix, AZ. Eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Three sisters: Elaine Leach, Marcella Zettler and Beverly Mosley also survive. A prayer service will be Friday 10:30 AM in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver 710 Tuscarawas St. W. with Fr. Thomas Cebula officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. A private interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
