Virginia R. Haswell, age 86, of Middlebranch, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon. Born in Middlebranch, Ohio to the late Robert and Hazel (Brown) Henkel. In addition to her parents Virginia was preceded in death by a son; Charles, siblings; Robert, William and Joann. She is survived by her husband Robert of 68 years. Daughters; Jeannette Haswell and Donna Melott, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. A sister Marilyn Harter also survives. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. N.W. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call on Friday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
