Virginia M. Druckenbrod, age 93, of Hartville, OH died Sunday morning in the Chapel Hill Community. Born in Plain Township to the late Grover and Mary (Pontius) Schneider she had worked in the Benefits Department for the Hoover Company. Virginia was a life member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church Canton, OH until it closed and recently was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Clinton, OH. She prided herself in the fact that she delivered the Akron Beacon Journal for 27 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years: Ned Druckenbrod, five sisters: Rebecca Curtis, Margaret Gray, Mary Schneider, Harriet Hose and Janet Reed, two brothers: Luther and William Schneider. She is survived by daughter: Leslie (Brett) Bolgrin of Canal Fulton, OH and son: Ted Druckenbrod of Barberton, OH. Three grandchildren: Max, Mary and Harrison Bolgrin. Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. with Rev. Julie Thoms officiating. Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery.
