Vincent N. Bailey, age 82, of Hartville, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday October 14, 2023. He was born on February 19, 1941 to the late Vincent and Ethel Bailey and raised in Sharon, Pennsylvania. He met and married Elaine Popa November 13, 1965. He was a loving father to four daughters and enjoyed traveling and vacationing with his family.  He loved the outdoors and spent time biking, hiking, fishing and hunting. He spent his career as an Electronic Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Survived by his wife of 58 years Elaine; daughters Sharon (Jeff) Swindell, Lynn (Stephen) Brooking, Pam (Scott) Snelling and Lisa (Gene) Kozlowski; 9 grandchildren Zachary (Ashley) Swindell, Lauren (Dom) Piazza, Amanda Swindell, Hunter and Gabe Brooking, Chad and Bret Snelling, Joey and Alex Kozlowski; 2 great-grandsons Cameron and Owen Swindell; several grand pups; and brother Ron (Dinah) Bailey.

Calling hours are October 18th, Wednesday 4-7 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville and one hour prior to services Thursday (10-11 AM). Funeral services are Thursday 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Darrell Frazier officiating. Burial will take place in Mount Peace Cemetery.
