Victoria S. "Vicki" Wittmer, age 60, of Greentown, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday night July 8, 2010 after an extended illness. She was born in Carroll County, Iowa on December 3, 1949. At age four she came to Ohio. She graduated from Hoover High School in 1968. Later that year she married Daniel Wittmer. She loved reading, especially every Stephen King novel. She was always involved with her many nieces and nephews, their children and all her family members. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Dan; father Paul Venditti of North Canton; sister Judee (Josh) Krom of Raleigh, NC; brother Paul (Diane) Venditti of Massillon; mother-in-law Mattie Wittmer of Hartville; her Yorkie "Mini" ("she's stronger than you think"); and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Nancy Em Venditti, father-in-law Raymond Wittmer and nephew Michael Minor. Calling hours are Sunday 2 - 4 PM in the Hartville Mennonite Church, 2050 Smith-Kramer St. Funeral services are Sunday 4 PM in the church with Pastor Ross Miller officiating.
