Victor Rivas, age 82, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024. He was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico to the late Ramón and Estanisla (Delgado) Rivas. Victor enjoyed gardening, walking and loved his dog, Little Red. He was a devoted Roman Catholic and a loving father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents Victor was preceded in death by siblings, Ramon A., Marta, Luz María "Lucy" and Julio Cesar. He is survived by daughter, Tracy (Charles) Machamer; sons, Victor Rivas and David (Maddy) Rivas; grandchildren, Riley, Victor Jr., Cody, John, Justin; great grandchildren, Athena and Josh Jr.; siblings, Benedicto "Benito", Valentina, Benigno, Eladio, Pedro, Maria Dolores, José, Manuel, Julio, María Esther and Luis Manuel. Victor will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Family and friends may call Thursday 10 am to 12:15 pm in the Arnold & Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton. A graveside service will be held at 1 pm in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Louisville, a procession will form at the funeral home.
