Vera Dyer, age 86, of North Canton passed away on October 24th, 2025, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Newcomerstown OH on October 24th, 1939, to the late Lester and Abby (Kiste) Brady and she's a graduate of Newcomerstown high school. Vera was known throughout her life as being the best cook and Baker anyone could ask for, she specialized in making handmade candies cookies baked goods and always had a treat available for her family her home was always the hub of activity especially during the holidays and she was sure to surround everyone with love every chance that she had. Vera loved to read, and she especially loved her family trips and their beach trips to New Smyrna Beach FL.

Vera is preceded in death by her husband John in 2021, and her siblings George, Ed, Barney, and Edna.

She is survived by her children Carla (John) McBride, Julie Dyer, Deanna Chuchanis, Lorie (Marc) Cumo, and John Dyer; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
