Obituary

Tyler Wilson Bornstein was tragically taken away from his mother, father, sisters, family and friends. He went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 28, 2014. Tyler was born on December 23, 1990 to his parents Travis and Shelly Bornstein. He is also survived by his two sisters, Tana (21), and Taylor (17), Grandparents Vince and Lynn Russell, Aunts and Uncles, Mark Russell (Pam), Laura Broyles (Eric), Bryon Carroll (Monica), Marybob Chuita (Joe), Sandy Stacey (Bill), and Linda Riggs, and special cousins, Shelby, Logan and Bailey. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Margaret Ann Cool (Jim). Tyler was a 2009 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Lake High School. He participated on the Back-to-Back Federal League Championship Golf Teams, earning All League and County Honors his Freshman, Sophomore and Junior years. His Senior year, He participated on the Lake Blue Streak Football team, earning the Senior Iron Man Award. After High School, Tyler attended Walsh University to study Accounting and Finance. After not playing competitive golf for over two years, he decided to Walk On the golf team, earning a golf and Academic Scholarship. Tyler loved the beach, playing golf, and working out. In March of 2013, Tyler entered the Natural Jr. Mr. Ohio Bodybuilding Show, taking Second Place in his very first competition. Tyler was known for his compassionate, loving heart, his strong desire for justice, his free-spirited stand-up attitude, and warm smile. He was unconditionally loved by his family and friends and will forever be in our hearts. There will be a private burial service for his immediate family on Saturday. All are welcome to attend the Memorial Service to celebrate Tyler's life on Sunday October 5, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. High Mill Church, 1920 Schneider St. NE, Canton, Ohio.
