Thomas G. Tillett, age 62, of North Canton died July 3, 2011 after a sudden illness. Born in Canton to the late Richard & Barbara (Stewart) Tillett he was a member of First Baptist Church. A former employee of Stark Ceramics he was presently employed at the Akron-Canton Airport. Survivors include his wife: Carolyn. Daughter: Julie (Scott) Burgess, Son: Christopher (Allison) Tillett. Four grandchildren: Ashley & Ella Tillett, and Madison & Griffin Burgess. Sister: Kathryne A. Smith. Two nieces: Heather (Jerry) Bauders, Taylor Smith, Nephew: Cory Smith. According to his wishes a private service will be for the immediate family. Those who desire may make memorial contributions to First Baptist Church 4110 38th St., N.W. Canton, OH 44718. The Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
