Tom went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 7, 2026. Tom was born April 9, 1937 in Youngstown, Ohio. He was the son of Boris Temelkoff and Bessie Petroff. Tom is survived by his wife of 69 years, Vonda; his beloved dog Beau; Brother Paul Temelkoff (Sonja), Daughter Linda Schuller (Mark) of North Canton, Ohio, sons Thomas Christopher Temelkoff of Chicago, Illinois, Timothy Brian Temelkoff (Stephanie) of Columbus, Ohio, and Todd Andrew Temelkoff (Paula) of North Canton, Ohio; Grandchildren Brian Schuller (Sara), Erin Lindsey (Mark), Tyler Schuller (Kaylee), Thomas Temelkoff, Erika Temelkoff, Olivia Temelkoff, Andrew Temelkoff, Isaac Temelkoff (Megan), Raena Temelkkoff, Trey Temelkoff, William Temelkoff and 9 great-granchildren. 

Formerly of Canfield, Ohio where he lived most of his married life, he and Vonda moved to North Canton in 2005 to be closer to family. Tom graduated from East High School in Youngstown where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He attended Youngstown State University. He worked for Plaza Records in both the Mahoning and Liberty Plazas. He was the manager of the Liberty Plaza store from 1962-1973. He worked for Xerox Corporation from 1973-1977, he then joined the Buick Youngstown staff, where he worked until retirement. He received many honors for sales excellence in both the record and automobile industries. He was awarded the highest professional sales honor in the Buick and Cadillac divisions of General Motors. 

He has a love of golf and enjoyed the game until well into is 80’s. A highlight of his life was meeting Tiger Woods at a golf clinic when Tiger was a spokesperson for Buick. Tom was an active church member wherever he attended. Serving on the vestry and ushering at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Youngstown where he and Vonda were married as well at St. Andrew’s church in Austintown. Upon retiring and moving to North Canton to be closer to family he became a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. He briefly attended both Holy Trinity and Holy Cross Lutheran churches with his daughter and son in law and was a member of the golf league at Holy Cross until the last couple of years. 

The family would like to thank dear friends Pam and Greg Tansek, Bilynda, Dannielle, Crystal and Sajina who provided loving care as well as Aultman Hospice for their care, support and compassion.

Funeral Service will be at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church 515 48th At NW Canton, Ohio 44709 on June 13th at 12:00pm. Friends and family may call 1 hour before the service. Reverend RJ Johnson will officiate.
