Thomas S. Fries, age 62, of Canton, went to be with the Lord after a brief illness. Born in Canton to the late Arthur and Kathryn (Campbell) Fries. Thomas had worked for Stark County Community Action Agency. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Staretta. Thomas is survived by brothers, Michael (Marty) Fries and Douglas (Marlene) Fries. Niece, Meghan (Tom) Bauer and 3 great-nieces, McKenna, Kaelyn and Kamryn.
