Thomas R. Duncan

Thomas R. Duncan, age 83, of Portage County, passed away August 2, 2026. He was born September 19, 1942, and graduated from Randolph High School and enlisted in the Navy. He served for 4 years on the USS Intrepid and then began an over 40-year career as a diesel mechanic. Tom had a love of all animals, especially feeding the squirrels and birds in his back yard. He also had a love of country music and played the guitar, and accordion.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents William and Frances Duncan; children Pamela Kibler and Patricia Jenkins.

He is survived by his children Thomas R. Duncan Jr., Tonia Duncan, Paul Potter, and Angela Johnson; grandchildren Samantha Jenkins, Jaccob Ramsey, and Abigail Alvarez; great grandchildren Camielle Jenkins and Alex Jenkins.

Private services will be held.
