Sylvia Mae Yoder, age 87, of Hartville, went Home to be with the Lord on Monday January 22, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born in Green Township on April 28, 1930 to the late Joe and Amanda (Sommers) Wittmer. She was a kitchen manager at Hartville Kitchen for 34 years. Sylvia was a member of Evermore Community Church. She Loved the Lord, her family, town and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years Harold; children Bob (Vickie), Gloria (Lyle) Hooley, Marlan (Cheryl), Carl (Judy), Bev (Brad) Beachy, Jan (Joel) Miller; 22 grandchildren and 37 great- grandchildren; sister Mary Yoder; sister-in-law Edna Wittmer; and brother-in-law Robby Davenport. Preceded in death by 3 brothers Raymond, Earl and Bill and sisters Ruth Nisly and Alta Davenport.

Calling hours are Thursday 5-8pm at Evermore Community Church. A graveside service will be Friday 10 AM in the Church cemetery followed by a memorial service in the Church Friday at 11 AM.
