Susan J. Syler, age 55, of Navarre passed away in Altercare of Navarre after a courageous battle with Lou Gehrig's disease. A life resident of Canton, Susan was a 1970 graduate of Glenwood High School and received a degree as a Medical Assistant from Stark State College. A former employee of Finney's Drugs, she had been a member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by her parents: James V. & Donna M. Syler she is survived by three sisters: Marsha Miller of Mansfield, OH, Melanie Syler of Navarre, and Mrs. William (Megan) Rees of Canton. Brother: Thomas (Louann) Syler also of Canton. One niece and three nephews. In accordance with Susan's wishes a private service and interment will be held for the family.
