IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Susan Ellen
(Carpenter) Testa
July 14, 1945 – February 23, 2024
Susan Ellen Carpenter Testa came into this world on July 14, 1945, in Buffalo, NY. She was born to Richard Carpenter and Doris (Golding) a mere two days (and a few miles) after her soulmate, Robert Orante Testa. Bob and Sue were middle school sweethearts, and their adventure took them to Alaska, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and now for "Nana", to her true home with Jesus. Her faith walk inspired everything she did, as her heartbeat was to serve others as the hands and feet of her Lord. She was a member of Missionview Church in North Canton. Nana loved to read and walk beaches. She enjoyed feeding birds and squirrels, and her love of animals knew no bounds (even demanding that spiders be safely transported from the house). With a gentle touch and a fire in her belly; she was a superhero and an earthly angel to so many.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, son Rob Testa (Kimberlee), daughter Courtny Aljancic (Jon), grandchildren, and sisters Judi Czora and Joann Brennan. The twinkles of her eye were her 5 grandchildren: Camryn Testa, Ryan Aljancic, Cayden Testa, Will Aljancic, and Tate Aljancic. Her love, generosity, and support of them brought her unending joy.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Pat Putman.
