Steven J. Brown, age 62, of Jackson Township died Saturday in the Cleveland Clinic following a heart attack. Born in Canton to the late Elmer J. & Mary Jane (Spiker) Brown he was a life resident. Steve attended Mason Elementary School and was a graduate of Lehman High School. Steve was the owner and operator of Miracle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. A 27 year member of the Rotary Club of Canton he was the recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship award, Member and Past President of P.H.C.C. of Ohio, Member of the Better Business Bureau, served as an advisor for R.G. Drage Career School, and advisor for Stark State HVAC Program. Steve was also the recipient of the Plumbing, Heating & Cooling contractor of the year for the state of Ohio, Canton Business Excellence Award for 2012, People's Choice Award 2012 & 2013 for plumbing, and Lehman High School Alumni Assoc. Distinguished Service Award for Business. Other memberships include Canton Lodge # 60 F & AM, AASR Valley of Canton, Brookside Country Club and Alliance Country Club. Steve is survived by his wife of 42 years: Cathy Carosielli Brown of the residence. Son: Kyle (Andrea) Brown and daughter: Courtney Anderson all of Jackson Township. Four beloved granddaughters: Audrey, Ava, & Kylie Brown, and Hannah Anderson. Sister: Shirley (Jerome) Pruett of Jackson Township. Brother-In-Law: Mike (Tami) Carosielli of OK. Mother & Father-In-Law: Mike & Sue Carosielli of Canton. Two nephews: Jerome (Tammie) Pruett of Jackson Township, Derek Pruett of CA. Niece: Amanda Bentley of OK. Great niece Abbi Pruett of Jackson Township, Great nephew: Kemper Bentley of OK. Cousins: Ann Foster and Meridith (Ken) White of Canton.
