Sophia Ela Slabaugh, 19 months, of Hartville left this earth and went to be with Jesus Palm Sunday March 16, 2008. She was born in Canton July 27, 2006. Sophia spent much time in hospitals and through her illness was a blessing to many people. She was always a joy to care for, always brought happiness wherever she went and was loved very much. She is survived by her parents Geoff & Nuray; Older Sister Eliz and brother Tanner; Great Grandparents Eli & Adeline Slabaugh of VA, Judy & Victor Overholt of Minerva; Grandparents Dave & Esther Slabaugh of Hartville, Bayram & Seher Köylü of Turkey; Uncles & Aunts Davy & Collette Slabaugh of Columbus, Ali & Kibriya Köylü and Zeynep Köylü all of Turkey; Cousins Sabrina, Chadwick, Conner and Alinea Slabaugh, Çağla and Sinan Köylü; Great Uncles, Great Aunts other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by Great Grandfather Andrew Sommers. Friends may call Tuesday 2 – 4, 6 – 8pm at Bethany Mennonite Church, 3497 Edison St Hartville (Route 619).
