Sophia Isabella Capo, our 15 day old angel, went home to be with the Lord on Monday morning June 11, 2012 while being held by her mother and surrounded by her loving family. Sophia was born in Canton on May 27th and passed at Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital. Saying goodbye too soon are her parents Tony and Lauren; sister Maryn and brother Anthony; maternal grandmother Julia Fox and maternal great-grandmother Dorothy Lutz; paternal grandparents Denis and Doris Capo and paternal great-grandmother Ellen Dillmore; aunts and uncles Brooke Brady, Christina (Rick) Yant, Melissa (Jeff) Lewis, Steven (Jessica) Capo; 15 cousins. Preceded in death by grandfather Chester Fox and uncle Mathew Fox; great-grandfather Edwin Dillmore, great-uncle Ronald Dillmore and great-aunt Sara Barnhart. Friends may call Wednesday 5-8 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home, Hartville and one hour prior to services Thursday (10-11 AM). Funeral services are Thursday 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Robert Barnhart officiating. Final resting place is Greentown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sophia's name to the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
