Shirley L. Eubank, age 84, of Canton passed away on April 20, 2021. She was born February 17, 1937 to Emerson and Vesta (Baird) Linerode. Shirley graduated from McKinley High School and Aultman School of Nursing.  She worked the majority or her career at Planned Parenthood of Stark County.  She was an active member of the Church of the Covenant, where she enjoyed singing in the church choir.  Later in life she had a ministry reaching out to congregation members who had transportation barriers.  She and her partner, Chuck Lupfer, would visit them at home, often bearing gifts (especially flower arrangements, another one of her passions).

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband H. Scott in 2007. She is survived by her children Greg, Gary (Darlene), and Geoffrey (Kelle); grandchildren Julia, Michael, Christopher, David, Abigail, and Joseph; siblings Wanda Strott and Larry (Sue) Linerode.

Calling hours will be Friday April 23, 2021 from 4PM – 6PM at Arnold Funeral Home, 1517 Market Ave N, Canton. Funeral services will be Saturday April 24, 2021 at 11AM at the funeral home with Rev. Barbara Johnson officiating. Final resting place is Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
