Shirley L. Durian, age 83, of Canton, passed away Monday October 25, 2010. She was born in Canton on May 16, 1927 to the late Lester and Cora (Anderson) Boord. During WW II, while her husband Jack Whitehouse was serving in the Army Air Corp, Shirley worked as a "Rosie the Riveter". She retired from Diebold after 25 years as an executive secretary. During her retirement, she enjoyed feeding the squirrels and was a devote fan of the Cleveland Browns. Preceded in death by husband, Jack Whitehouse in 1945 husband Andy Radosevic, and husband William S. Durian in 1994. She is survived by daughter Beverly Higgins of Louisville, son Dennis Radosevic of FL; grandchildren including Craig (Melanie) Zwick of Louisville, Milissa (Russel) Lawrence of North Canton, Cory Radosevic; great-grandchildren including Justin Zwick, Parker and Evan Lawrence; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
