Obituary

Sara Kathryn Klamer, age 88, of Canton passed away Tuesday January 18, 2011. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on August 13, 1922 to the late Seigfried and Nettie (Rosenthal) Kugelman. She was a bookkeeper and secretary for Stark Dry Goods and then Crenshaw Jr. High School. She was a member of Shaaray Torah Synagogue and its Sisterhood, and the Senior Adult Organization of the Canton Jewish Community Center. She volunteered at the Shaaray Torah Synagogue Library and also Volunteered at the Canton Social Security Office. She is survived by her husband of 68 years David; sons and daughters-in-law Ronald and Michele Klamer of Denver, Colorado, Martin and Sharon Klamer of North Canton; grandchildren Chase and Dallas of Denver, Colorado, Tiffany and Tom Lorenz of North Canton, Michael and Terri Dutiel of North Field Center, Ohio; sister-in-law Shirley Kugelman of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; niece Gloria and her husband Irving Venger of Wesley Chapel, Florida; nephews Neil Kugelman and Nathan Kugelman both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Preceded in death by siblings Lewis Kugelman, Mildred Grodsky, Helen Kugelman and Charles Kugelman. Funeral services are Friday 11 a.m. in the Arnold Funeral Home with Cantor Bruce Braun officiating.
