Sandra J. Bowling, age 76, of Canton, entered into the gates of Heaven, Sunday, December 6, 2020. Her passing was unexpected. She was born in Brewster, Ohio on October 13, 1944 to the late Kenneth Cline and Esther (Ammon) Owens. She is survived (and deeply loved and missed) by her daughters, Debra (Bryce) York and Julia Riffle; granddaughters, Ilana, and Isabella York; siblings, Judith (George) Matie, Kenneth (Audrea) Cline, Jr., Vernon "Butch" (Debbie) Cline and Sharon (Ted) Fetters.

She was a home health aide with Interim Health Care of Canton; where she was often rewarded for going above and beyond, caring for her clients; which is a direct reflection on her servant's heart. She was truly the hands and feet of Christ. Sandra was a member of Compassion Church (formerly known as High Mill). She was a true follower and lover of God, constantly singing worship songs or covering her friends and family in prayer.

Sandra was a talented seamstress, poet and cook. She was extremely kind and had a great sense of humor. She made friends everywhere she went, making them feel seen and cared about. She had a heart for children and was a foster parent for many years.

She loved to spoil; her granddaughters, bringing gifts any chance she could get. They will miss her back scratches, songs she would teach them, quality time, playing Barbies (Isabella) and shopping (Ilana). She often said she was going to smack them (with kisses) or kiss their ears off.

Sandy was an extraordinary mother, loving, patient, encouraging, always pointing us towards the cross and living out her faith. What a cherished example she was for us.
