Sandra J. Arbaugh, age 52, of Canton passed away on Friday October 28, 2011. She was born on July 22, 1959 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late James and Margaret (Deaton) Birch. She went to Oakwood High School and has been working at A.E.P. for 32 years. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Todd; daughter and son-in-law Diane and Shane Ferguson of Lisbon and daughter Ashley Arbaugh of Canton; grandsons Austin and Dylan Ferguson; brothers Thomas (Tina) Birch of Medina, James (Jan) Birch of Tiffin; and other beloved family and friends.
