Sally Dotson Porter, age 77, of Canton, passed away Thursday morning. She was born in Newcomerstown to the late Howard and Evelyn (Dayhuff)( Meyer) Chapman. In addition to her parents Sally was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Wayt. She is survived by her children, Doyle (Angela) Dotson, Robin Farmer, Bobbie Dillree and John (Theresa) Porter; 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a cousin, Genia Forshey. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. N.W. with Chaplain Reginald Cureton officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
