Ruth E. McGrann, age 87, of Canton died Wednesday, June 1, 2011 in Aultman Hospital. Born in Brewster, OH to the late Charles & Estelle (Tschantz) Lash, Ruth was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two daughters: Deborah Leigh and Patricia Maureen and by her husband John McGrann. Survivors inlude a son: Gary (Marion) McGrann of Punta Gorda, FL. Three grandchildren: Marne Kinney, Melissa Wethe and Michael McGrann. Four great grandchildren: Maighan & Mary Kate Frey, Aryanna Sanchez & Luciana Wethe. A memorial mass will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, June 24, 2011in St. Michael's Catholic Church. A private interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the House of Loreto 2812 Harvard Ave., N.W. Canton, OH 44709.
