Roy Luther Scheutzow, age 90, of Hartville, went home to his Lord on Monday August 5, 2019. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio October 21, 1928 to the late Charles and Dora (Huge) Scheutzow. He was married to his beautiful wife Edith for 59 years. Together they owned the Beltone Hearing Aid Centers in Canton for 35 years. He was an avid golfer and loved all amateur sports. He was a past member of Canton Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow. He loved his churches, Holy Cross Lutheran Church in North Canton and Good Sheperd Lutheran Church in Sarasota, FL. He was very proud of his four daughters and family.

Preceded in death by his wife, Edith; brothers Charles and Howard; sister Genesta Maddock; son-in-law Clifton Johnson.

He is survived by daughters Lynn (Carl) Young, Janet Johnson, Diane Ross, Amy (Larry) Mustafaga; 10 grandchildren Karen (David) Jankowski, Kyle Young, Triston Young, Andrew (Brianna) Johnson, Scott (Heather) Johnson, Jon Ross, Jake (Samantha) Ross, Amanda (Patrick) Weygand, Zach Mustafaga, Alex Mustafaga; 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren due this month; and brother Dale Scheutzow.

Calling hours are Friday 10-11 AM in Holy Cross Lutheran Church. A Memorial service will be Friday 11 AM in the church with Pastor Kip Smith officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Lake YMCA.
