Rossie B. Fisher, age 93 of Hartville, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Akron City Hospital. He was born September 26, 1922 in Given, West Virginia to Loren and Bertha (Bonnett) and has been a Lake Township resident since 1963. Rossie was retired from Reiter Dairy. He was a WW II Army Air Force Veteran and was a member of the VFW , American Legion and Teamsters Local #348.

Preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Ona Jean Fisher in 2011; a daughter Crystal Ann Fisher, 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law Judy (Richard) Smith of Uniontown, Ohio, Jill (Edward) Borish of Westerville, Ohio, Joy (Chris) Ryan of West Melbourn, Florida; son Billy Joe Fisher of Burleson, Texas; sisters, Joann Fisher of Akron, Ohio, Noca Harrison of Nitro, West Virginia; grandchildren, Cora and Colin Smith, Anastasia Borish, Austin Ryan, Cole Lee Fisher and a great grandson, Joshua Fisher. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Emma Chapel United Methodist Church in Liberty, West Virginia. Calling hours are one hour prior to the service 12-1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
