Ronald L. Wertman, age 67, of Hartville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday August 27, 2010. He was born in Ashland, Ohio on August 29, 1942 to the late June (Swinehart) and Carl Wertman Jr. and graduated from Ashland High School. Ronald has worked at Canton Graphic Arts since 1964 and has been co-owner since 1980, a business that allowed him to work side by side with his wife for 32 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, bicycling, woodworking and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Dixie A. (Rader) Wertman; sons and daughters-in-law Jeff and Val Wertman of Uniontown and Todd and Diana Wertman of Louisville; grandchildren Amanda (JJ) Overholt, Jesse Lemaster, Alec Burk, Connor Wertman and Jacob Wertman; great-grandchildren Rylee, Haylee and Jeremy Overholt; sister Janet S. Jones of Ashland and brother Thomas Wertman of Parma; Ozzie his basset hound; and other relatives and friends. Calling hours are Monday 4-7 PM in the Arnold Funeral Home, Hartville.
