Roland L. "Bud" Weisel, age 79, of Canton (Hartville), passed away on Sunday morning August 3, 2014. He was born in Canton, Ohio on March 29, 1935 to the late Lester and Mary (Green) Weisel and graduated from Middlebranch High School. He was drafted in the US Army, and he and his young bride, Sue, lived in several state's Bases. They returned to Ohio in 1960, and he continued a life long career in farming. He retired from Brimfield Sand and Soil in 2012. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Sue (Royer); chidren Debbie (Jimmy) Gressinger; Roland "Mark" (Debie) Weisel, Tony Weisel; grandchildren Tamara Gressinger, Codi Weisel, Wesley Weisel, Kayla Weisel, Cheyanne Weisel; special great-granddaughter Riley Lane Weisel; brother Tim Weisel and sister Patty (George) McClellan; and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by a daughter Tammi and brother Richard Lee Weisel. Calling hours are Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville.
