Robert M. Walters, age 75, of North Canton, died Monday evening in Aultman Hospital after a brief illness. Born in South Bend, IN he had resided here since 1968. Mr. Walters retired from the Army as a 1st Seargent having served from 1948 to 1968. He also was retired from Security for the Hoover Company after 22 years of service. A member of Christ United Methodist Church, he is survived by his wife of 52 years: Irmgard Walters of the residence. Two daughters: Mrs. David (Isabelle) Yocco of New Mexico, Mrs. Christopher (Christine) Ricker of N. Canton. Two sons: Clifford (Lisa) Walters of Perry Township and Richard Walters of Canton. Nine grandchildren: Michael, Courtney, Rickey, Alex, Michael, Ben, Daniel, Mikey and Vinnie. Funeral service will be Friday 11:00 A.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave., N.W. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M.
