Robert A. Summers, age 63, of Canton formerly of Sebring, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening. He was born in Alliance to the late Lloyd and Nellie (Baker) Summers. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Lloyd Summers, Jr. and Vaughn Summers. Robert is survived by his sisters, Janet (Allen) Goodrich and Rita (Robert) Smith; Stepmother, Elva Summers; step brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in Bergholz Cemetery in Bergholz, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. N.W., Canton. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
