Robert C. "Bob" Miller, age 94, of Orville formerly of Uniontown, went peacefully in his sleep to Heaven on Friday March 3, 2023. He was born in Elizabeth, West Virginia on March 23, 1928 to the late Harold and Mildred (Quick) Miller. He met Evelyn Lorine Brown in West Virginia and they married in 1948. Together they attended Canton Baptist Temple and Central Baptist Church. He retired from the Timken Company after 35 years of service. After retirement, Bob and Evelyn wintered in Florida for 21 years where he stayed busy building sea walls and boat docks for neighbors. For summertime in Ohio he stayed busy working for Dutcher Doors in Hartville.

Preceded in death by his wife of 72 years Evelyn; 4 brothers Raleigh, Harold, Cecil and Frankie; and sister Bonnie Palmer. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Edwin and Sandra Miller; grandchildren Robert (Angie) Miller, Tamara (fiance Harley King) Siders; great-grandchildren Robby Miller, Katie Miller, Alanna Miller, Vivian Miller, Abby Lough, Eva Siders and Ethan Siders; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Monday 11:00 AM, March 6th at Sunset Hills Burial Park, 5001 Everhard St. Canton in their chapel building with Pastor Randy Murray officiating.
