IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert
Mann
May 6, 1930 – May 25, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Maurice Mann, a true gentleman and scholar. Bob was born in Canton, OH. His educational journey took him through Lehman High School and Brown University where he was Summa Cum Laude. Bob was the third generation at The Stern and Mann Company. He also felt it was very important to give back to the community in which he served as Chairman for many different Boards including the first person to Chair the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival, Chairman of the Board at Aultman Hospital, President of the Canton Chamber of Commerce and President of Score to name a few. He also served in the US Army Counter Intelligence Corps Special Agent. Bob's adventurous spirit led him and his beloved wife Brenda of 70 years, to travel the world together. His greatest joy was the love of his family.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Brenda who passed away March 30th. He is survived by their children: Jon (Vicki), Michael (Stephanie), Ellen and Debbie Dee. He was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren who brought him endless happiness. The family extends heartfelt appreciation to the staff at The Sanctuary Grande and Absolute Hospice for their dedicated care. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Aultman Foundation and Score Foundation in Bob's memory.
A private funeral was held by the family.
