Robert C. Hogan, age 83 of Canton passed away Friday June 13, 2008. Born January 19, 1925 in Canton to the late Robert B. and Ellen W. Hogan, he graduated from Lehman High School and attended Case Institute of Technology. Robert was the superintendent for The Canton Provision Company. He was an engineer for The Timken Company and upon retirement managed the Canton Cemetery Association. He was a life member of The Church of The Savior, United Methodist. He was a member of Canton Lodge No. 60 F & AM, Scottish Rite, Tadmor Temple, York Rite Knights Templar, Rose Croix, and Canton Rotary Club. Preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Dorothy August 2007; and sister Mary Hawk. He is survived by son and daughter-in-law Dr. William and Deborah Hogan of Park Hills, KY; daughter and son-in-law, Bobbie and Timothy Royer of North Canton; grandchildren Sean and Christopher Hogan and Kathryn, Kristin, Andy and Caroline Royer. Friends may call Monday one hour prior to services 1-2 PM in the Arnold Funeral Home Canton. Funeral services will be Monday 2 PM in the funeral home with Dr. William R. Harvey officiating. Final resting place is West Lawn Cemetery.
