Robert W. Brockman, age 84, passed away suddenly Saturday morning in the residence. Robert was born in Cincinnati, OH to the late Harry and Lydia (Peters) Brockman. He was a graduate of Bowling Green State University, worked as a self-employed CPA in the Cleveland area, and served as the Finance Director of the cities of Rocky River and North Olmsted, OH. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Betty; two sisters, Edna Curtis and Dorothy Figgers; and brother, Charles Brockman. He is survived by four sons, Robert W. Brockman, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Dr. Steven K. (Jacqueline) Brockman of Shelby, NC, Thomas J. (Sandy) Brockman of Jackson Township, and James A. (Cindy) Brockman of Gansevoort, NY; 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a brother, Harry (Ann) Brockman of Strongsville, OH.
