Rita L. Ware, "Little Petey," age 84 of Chippewa Lake, passed away at Akron General Medical Center on Saturday December 9. She was born March 31, 1934 in Sutton, WV to the late Charlie and Dorothy (Blankenship) Malcomb. Rita enjoyed gardening, loved to beat her grandsons at Euchre, always smiled at the gifting of scratch offs, and most importantly loved the company of her family, friends, and her Yorkies. Rita also loved to watch the Cleveland Browns play and was happy to see them doing well this year. She is survived by her son-in-law Bill Myers; her grandchildren, Josh and Ashley Myers, Jesse Myers; great-grandchildren, Anthony and Ethan; best friend Bob Beran; her special doggie, Roxie. Rita is preceded in death by her daughter Sherri, husband Robert and numerous brothers and sisters. Per her request cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
