Richard L. Myers Richard L. "Dick" Myers, 83 years old, fell asleep in death Saturday, January 28, 2006 and is awaiting the resurrection promised by Jesus Christ in John 5:28,29. Dick was the sole owner of Myers Ford-Mercury in Hartville from 1955 to 1990 and was a partner in designing and building Seven Hills Golf Course. He was best known for his classic wit and willingness to help people and everyone who knew him, loved him. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Yvonne M. (McAnany) Myers; six children, Sandie Baltzly of North Canton, Kathy Burkhart of Florida, Patty (Dale) Lewis of Canal Fulton, R. Scott Myers of California, Tom (Tammie) Myers of Marlboro, Ohio, Mitch Myers of Miami, Florida; ten grandchildren, Shawn (Elisa) Schleig, Heather (Ken) DiRienzo, Jack (Bonnie) Baltzly, Christopher Baltzly, Jeremy Baltzly, Dorinda (Joe) Weaver, Darian (Madelline) Lewis, Andrea (Bobby) White, Aaron (Sarah) Lewis, Mitchell Myers; nine great grandchildren, Cody Baltzly, Micaiah Weaver, Mackenzie Weaver, Joey Baltzly, Juliette Baltzly, Alex Schleig, Brandon Schleig, Christina Schleig, India Lewis. Calling hours will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 2177 Nave Rd SE in Massillon, Ohio from 6-7:00 p.m. on Friday February 3, 2006. A memorial service will follow the calling hours. In his later years, Richard believed the teachings in the Bible and was associated with Jehovah's Witnesses.
