Richard L. Frazier, age 68, of Hartville passed suddenly on Saturday August 27, 2016. He was born in Barberton on September 13, 1947 to the late Ira Glenn and Mildred (Stallman) Frazier. He loved animals, his family and horse racing.

He is survived by his son Richie Frazier of Barberton; siblings Margaret and Frank Walker who he lived with for the past 12 years, Edward and Barb Davis of West Farmington, Walt and Marlene Davis of Akron, Patricia Bradley of Lebanon, MO, Glenda and Richard Higginbotham of Lewisville, Ron Frazier of Barberton; friends, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by brother Jerry Frazier, step-father James Karl and brother-in-law Brad Bradley.

Calling hours are Thursday 3-4 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. A celebration of life service will begin on Thursday at 4 PM.
