Richard Clark Collard passed away peacefully at Altercare of Hartville on June 23rd. He was 69. Preceded in death by mother Betty Jane, father John, and brother Gerry. He is survived by his brother Brian, and nephew Brandon. He was a good man with friends to numerous to name. A lover of cars, music, and food, he was a man who always took time out to help his friends no matter what the situation and loved people unconditionally. He will be missed by so many.
